Bodrum – is a city on the peninsula of the same name in southwestern Turkey, washed by the waters of the Aegean Sea. Over the past 50 years, the city has become one of the most popular and fashionable resorts in Turkey, which has a convenient yacht harbor, beautiful nature and some very interesting sights: the ruins of Halicarnassus, the mausoleum of Mausolus (one of the seven wonders of the world), the mighty medieval knight's castle and photogenic old town with Greek-style houses.

Great place for those who prefer European holiday style. Some call Bodrum the most stylish and even the "most bohemian" place on the Aegean Sea, businessmen, people of art love to relax here, drawing their inspiration. Bodrum is also considered one of the most youthful and party places in all of Turkey. In addition, surfers and sailing enthusiasts will like it here. Thanks to the winds, all conditions for these sports have been created, and some of the best in the country. The resort has all the infrastructure with hotels, shops, markets, ATMs, restaurants, bars, etc. It offers many water activities: windsurfing, paraselling, water skiing and motorcycles and more.

Modern Bodrum can be divided into eastern and western parts. Eastern part — these are beaches with restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs, while the western part is occupied by a yacht harbor (marina) with expensive supermarkets and restaurants.

Bodrum has a special "Greek" an atmosphere that manifests itself in architecture, and in excursions, and in nature itself. Nature in Bodrum is richer and more interesting than on the Antalya coast of Turkey – the terrain here is mountainous, a lot of coniferous – cypress and pine – forests, a huge number of olive groves – because they are protected by the government. By the way, largely due to these tough environmental laws, hotel construction in Bodrum is difficult – there are few suitable places, the land is much more expensive than in the same Antalya. The coast is indented with beautiful bays, so here you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea with yachts scattered along it, wooded and rocky islands.

We are pleased to inform you that in our database of Turkish properties, you can find Bodrum properties as well. These are luxury apartments and stunning villas and even islands.
