I wanted to buy an apartment in Alanya. I contacted some Real Estate agency regarding posted video for 2+1 Apartment in Mahmutlar. I sent the deposit and shortly flu to the Alanya for one week to sign the contract. My girlfriend flew from different country to support me to this important decision. It was everything run smoothly, I have to just sign the contract in 3 days before I have to return to New York. But I find out that buyer back up at the last minute with out sign the contract. The Agency suggested to see other properties they have for sale but nothing really, I like. It is only two days left!!! I was shocked and very depressed, but at the 10 o’clock in the evening my girlfriend suggested to contact to another agency we know Status Property. We texted to Evgenia Shishman and hoped to get response in the morning, but we got response in 5 minutes. They have 24 hours support! In the morning we went to see the properties and I choose the best I can amazed for the price and quality!!!! In only two days left I have to find property and sign the contract on December 1, 2021. As result of the amazing personal and business quality of the agency Status Property I received “Tapu” on December 15, 2021. Now I am an owner of the beautiful apartment with panoramic view!
